The pop royalty was removed from ‘The Masked Singer’ that night

A year of kitchen discos could not save her from the elimination.

The bizarre second season of ‘The Masked Singer’ kicked off on Virgin Media One tonight and has caused controversy when it aired for the first time.

The first six anonymous celebrities came on stage tonight, hoping that the four judges and the audience would have enough to make another week. We can’t imagine how easy it is to sing, dance, and never get too hot while wearing a mascot costume on stage, but these celebs will laugh, right?

Hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, the recorded show saw three singers on the night made of aliens, swans, and badgers. They forced open the foreign identity of the end.

And it’s pretty clear who these celebrities are starting to get fast. So that we can all stay healthy with this year’s kitchen disco, it was revealed that ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor is under the mask.

After he left, the pop singer made it very difficult to sing on stage with a mask when he said that he could not perform in front of the audience directly.

He also shared his post-elimination status on Twitter, writing: “Even my one-year-old pointed to the television and shouted ‘mummy!’ When I started singing in an alien suit! “

Yes, as you guessed …… me & her on #themaskedsinger 👽 Even my one year old pointed to the telly and shouted ‘mummy!’ When I started singing in an alien setting! What a fun and trippy way to spend a few days and enjoy another event – not knowing who you really are! pic.twitter.com/aMStRvc5wz
