Now this is a side of Bruce Willis that we certainly haven’t’ seen before. There are new reports that say the Hollywood actor was booted out of a Rite Aid in Los Angeles for refusing to wear a mask, despite the fact that the coronavirus pandemic has been raging on in California. Here’s what you need to know.

A source told Page Six on Monday that people in the store noticed that Willis wasn’t wearing a mask and he left without finishing his shopping. Willis was photographed in the Rite Aid wearing a bandana around his neck, but not pulled over his nose and mouth.

Several reports have indicated that Los Angeles County is approaching one million cases of Covid-19 with over 12,300 deaths so far. However, the actor has spent much of the pandemic in Idaho with ex-wife Demi Moore and their children. COVID-19 is hitting Los Angeles harder than anywhere else in the country, with a 20 percent positivity rate and nearly one million cases, according to the county health department.

Of course, it didn’t take very long for critics to weigh in on the matter. Many of them took to social media to write, “Bruce Willis getting booted out of a Rite Aid for not wearing a mask is a movie that I don’t want to see,” along with, “Who would have thought that Bruce Willis was a Karen? Highly disappointed to hear this.”
