A key worker was devastated to find that thieves had stolen her new bicycle which she had left locked up in Hinckley town centre.
Chintana Khrueangram, who lives in Hinckley, had padlocked her bike in the cycle racks behind Cineworld, near a CCTV camera, at around 1pm on Tuesday, January 12.
She returned in less than an hour to discover the lock had been cut and the bike, a grey Carrera Valour, had been taken.
The 25-year-old works as a carer, going to elderly people’s homes to help with meals and other daily needs, and she needs her bike so she can get to Burbage.
She bought the bike only a month ago from Halfords in the town.
